Customers can raise tickets through CG NET App for location shifting or Kindly contact us regarding the shifting/ relocation of CGNET Internet services as this needs good planning and management to perform the move with care.

Charges may apply and vary accordingly to the use of Fiber Cable and relocation of devices.

When moving to the new location, your Fiber cable used in your previous location cannot be transferred to the new location as Fiber Cable is brittle as it is made of glass, hence it cannot be re-rolled.

We request customers to inform us at least 3 days before relocating to the new location.
