CGNET generates a unique username and password for each customer which
helps identify your account hassle-free. We request our customers to keep
their usernames handy as they contact us for any help or query.
Once the internet connection is completed CGNET user ID will be shared with
the registered mobile number and email address. Alternatively, you can check
your user ID on the router's attached sticker.
If your mobile number is not registered with us, please contact our
